Job Description:
We are seeking a Media Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is the execution of large-scale social media buys through data-driven customer segments, advanced behavioral targets, and tailored creative. Responsibilities include media planning, campaign setup, day-to-day campaign management, monitoring bids/budgets/ad set performance, and optimizing against target KPIs.

What You’ll Do:
Execute and analyze campaign performance, identify trends and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement on a daily basis.
Constantly analyze, experiment, and iterate to improve performance and uncover new opportunities while staying up to date with social trends.
Leverage platform bid automation to drive the full funnel marketing performance of growing active customers.
Utilize relevant 1st and 3rd party audience segments and recommend tailored creative and landing page experiences for testing.
Execute structured A/B tests around creatives, audiences, and bid strategies.
Efficiently manage day-to-day problems and communicate effectively in difficult and time-sensitive situations. Understand when (and why) to escalate issues.
What You’ll Need:
3 years of experience in paid social marketing in an agency or ecommerce setting.
Experience with social media networks, particularly YouTube and Meta.
Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
A tenacious attitude for learning and taking on new challenges, along with a self-starting mentality capable of problem-solving and seeking help when needed.
Demonstrable organizational skills with the ability to work independently on a backlog of projects requiring prioritization and multitasking.
