Summary We are seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team at LoKation Real Estate. This role is crucial in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. Your creativity and expertise will help us connect with clients and promote our brand effectively. Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages; respond promptly to inquiries. Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall business goals. Assist in creating visual content using photography and design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other Adobe Suite Products Requirements Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite. Basic photography skills are a plus; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is desirable.
