JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented social media & Copywriting Strategist to lead our brand voice across digital platforms. This role is responsible for developing compelling content, managing our social presence, and driving engagement with clear, consistent messaging that aligns with business goals. You’ll craft high-impact copy that spans social media posts, email campaigns, web pages, product descriptions, paid ads, and more—ensuring every word reinforces our brand identity and drives action. You’ll work closely with designers and marketers to shape cohesive campaigns, bringing storytelling, clarity, and purpose to every customer touchpoint. In addition to content creation, you’ll serve as a key voice in our online community. This includes responding to comments, direct messages, and customer reviews across social platforms and third-party sites like Google, Yelp, or Trustpilot. Your writing should reflect empathy, personality, and professionalism, turning everyday engagement into brand-building opportunities. Whether you’re writing a tweet, crafting a long-form landing page, or managing review responses, your words will help shape perception, build loyalty, and convert attention into action.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X. Plan and manage a content calendar with alignment to marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand milestones. Monitor social trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve. Content Creation & Copywriting Write engaging, on-brand copy for social posts, email campaigns, website content, video scripts, and digital ads. Collaborate with design and video teams to bring stories to life with cohesive visual and written elements. Translate complex ideas into simple, clear, and compelling messaging Community Engagement & Reporting Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate brand loyalty. Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to optimize content and increase engagement. A/B test captions, hashtags, and content types to maximize reach and
ROI.’ QUALIFICATIONS 2-5
years of experience in social media management and copywriting (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of platform nuances, brand voice development, and storytelling. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, literature, arts or related. Experience in Marketing is desired Proficient in content scheduling tools Basic design editing (Canva, Adobe Express) Experience using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred (reading, writing and speaking) Ability to write professional correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Strong communication skills
