We’re a small team launching a few exciting startups in the healthcare and non-profit world . We believe great storytelling, strong visuals, and genuine community building are the foundation of a powerful online presence—and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a creative, self-driven, and organized human (yes, we said human, not robot) to help manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts across a few emerging brands. You’ll also help with website development , assist in refining existing websites, and support basic SEO efforts to get us seen by the right eyes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating inspiring, informative, and engaging social media content Scheduling and managing posts on IG, FB, and LinkedIn Writing captions that feel human and authentic—not corporate fluff Collaborating on website development for new projects Reviewing and suggesting improvements to current sites (layout, flow, copy) Supporting SEO basics—keywords, meta descriptions, blog tags, and simple optimizations Bringing creative ideas to the table and helping build a digital presence from scratch Attending virtual and in-person meetings in Fort Lauderdale to stay aligned and inspired
Who You Are:
You’ve managed social media accounts before—bonus if you’ve handled more than one at a time You’re creative and confident pitching your ideas (and bringing them to life) You know your way around tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite , and maybe even Wix or WordPress You understand the basics of SEO and how content can be optimized to reach the right audience You’re organized, self-motivated, and get things done without someone looking over your shoulder You’re excited about working with startups and making an impact from the ground up You live in or near Fort Lauderdale and are open to transitioning into an in-office role after the first few months
Perks & Details:
$20-$25/hour based on experience Remote to start, with regular check-ins and some in-person meetings Role becomes in-office full-time after the initial remote period Room to grow and evolve with our expanding companies Your ideas will actually shape what we do—no “just stick to the plan” here This isn’t a job where you just follow templates.
