On-Site Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll support financial advisors by planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content that builds brand awareness, educates clients, and drives lead generation. The ideal candidate understands both the power of digital engagement and the unique regulatory environment of financial services. You’ll collaborate closely with digital marketers, designers, copywriters, compliance professionals, and financial advisors to craft on-brand content across various social platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to support financial advisors in growing their online presence and attracting qualified leads. Create and schedule compliant content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter), focusing on thought leadership, financial education, and timely market updates. Customize social media toolkits, templates, and campaigns for advisor use, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging standards. Collaborate with designers, writers, and compliance teams to produce engaging, informative, and visually appealing posts and ads. Monitor performance analytics (engagement, reach, clicks, followers, etc.) and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and platform changes, especially as they relate to the financial services space. Ensure all content meets FINRA, SEC, and company compliance guidelines, partnering with legal/compliance as needed. Support advisors with training, content planning, and social media best practices to enhance their personal brands and client engagement. Assist with paid social media campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3 years of professional experience managing social media in a regulated industry—preferably financial services, insurance, or banking. Deep understanding of social media best practices, platform-specific strategies, and digital marketing funnels. Experience using tools like Hootsuite, or similar social media management platforms. Familiarity with compliance and disclosure standards in financial marketing (e.g., FINRA, SEC, advertising rules). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of paid social and advertising metrics is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both creative and technical teams.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
