Karma Hair Beauty is looking for a confident, camera-ready TikTok Live Seller with deep hair expertise and a strong track record of driving sales through TikTok Live. If you’re passionate about premium hair care, love engaging with audiences, and know how to sell, this is your chance to be part of a fast-growing, beauty-forward brand.

What You’ll Do:

Host engaging TikTok Live sessions featuring Karma Hair Beauty products, 3 days/week (2-3 hours per session). Educate viewers on our luxury hair care line—including styling, product benefits, and results. Drive sales through real-time interaction, expert guidance, and authentic product demonstrations. Respond to comments, build excitement, and create a sense of urgency to purchase. Share performance insights and customer feedback with our marketing team.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience selling on TikTok Live (please provide examples). Strong knowledge of hair care; licensed cosmetologist, stylist, or hair-focused content creator preferred. Energetic, confident, and natural on camera with excellent communication skills. Understanding of TikTok trends, live shopping culture, and audience engagement tactics. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven. Miami-based applicants strongly preferred.

Compensation:

Base Pay:

$50/hour

Commission:

5% on total sales under $500 per stream 10% on total sales over $1,000 per stream

Growth Opportunity:

Start with 3 days/week and grow to 4+ days/week based on performance and sales metrics.
