This role will be responsible for creating and coordinating content strategies that aligns with client brand and audience as well as optimizing social media and other content performance.

Responsibilities:

Assist in development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including objectives, tactics, audience, KPIs/measurement elements Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for a wide variety of clients Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) tailored for each platform and client Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and trends Plan and execute content calendars that integrate social media, website content strategies and digital advertising campaigns Plan, create and execute social advertising campaigns, monitor results and make recommendations to improve effectiveness Research and create engaging blog posts based on SEO keywords with relevant images and measure analytics

• Develop, distribute, measure and optimize email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact, Mailchimp and similar platforms. Keep email database updated. Create and manage paid email advertising campaigns. Research, create and optimize website content, meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking for improved search engine ranking
• Write and distribute press releases and follow up with media contacts
• Put together monthly analytic reports and recommendations for clients
• Copywriting for marketing collateral or other tactics Stay ahead of trends and keep a pulse on the competition to refine and elevate our storytelling.

Constantly test and iterate to improve results.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and current digital marketing trends Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social analytics, email statistics, SEO, and digital advertising campaign results) and content management systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team A creative mindset with strong attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and strategic thinker who has a passion for communications, media relations, content creation and storytelling. Established problem-solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to deal with highly confidential information and sensitive matters.
