We’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence and bring our story to life through compelling content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content creation, social media strategy, and data-driven marketing. You’ll lead the planning and execution of our social media marketing efforts, manage our presence across platforms, and develop engaging video and written content that strengthens brand awareness. From concept to post-production, you’ll bring fresh ideas to life while working closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Produce compelling, multipurpose videos for digital campaigns, product promotions, and social content
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools to inform and refine strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to execute digital marketing initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date website content and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Support the sales team by creating and maintaining branded PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral
  • Assist with content and materials for food shows, tradeshows, and customer-facing events
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline touchpoints
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
  • Proficient in managing content and campaigns across major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling, publishing, and monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies, including email marketing software, CMS platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
  • Skilled in video editing and design software such as Adobe Premiere, Canva, or Final Cut Pro
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create polished, on-brand sales and marketing presentations
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and adept at working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Experience managing product information databases and maintaining organized visual asset libraries is highly desirable
  • Experience supporting food shows, industry trade shows, or customer-facing marketing events is a plus
