Formula Plumbing on Odessa is calling all organized go-getters to apply to be our Office CSR and work full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00am-400:pm and then 9:00am-5pm once trained. WHAT TO EXPECT AS A

CSR/ Social Media Specialist As a CSR, we depend on you to be the First point of contact in serving our clients so that we can provide the best plumbing services possible. Most of your time is spent handling general administrative duties such as CSR, scheduling, filing and record keeping. Your organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to your success. You also provide excellent support for our team. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills come through in every phone call. You strive to ensure that everyone is well-informed and that our customers are taken care of.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 3+ years of recent full-time experience
• Great customer relations and phone skills and Energetic
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record Are you a creative social media enthusiast who knows how to turn pipes and plungers into captivating content?

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to grow and engage our online community, showcase our services, and elevate our brand in the plumbing industry.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage engaging social media content (photos, videos, posts) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Highlight our expertise through creative campaigns, tips, before-and-after transformations, and customer stories. Monitor trends and bring a fresh perspective to make plumbing services relatable and exciting. Respond to messages, comments, and reviews to build customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience managing and creating content for social media (preferably in service-based industries). A knack for storytelling with excellent writing and creative skills. Basic photo/video editing skills and familiarity with social media tools. Passion for engaging with online audiences and building brand loyalty.

Bonus:

Knowledge of plumbing or interest in learning about the industry 9 Paid Holiday’s A Year After 90 Days 1 Week PTO and 1 Week Sick Pay After 1 Year 2 Week PTO and 1 Week Sick Pay After 2 Years That’s 24 PTO a year after 2 years of employment.
