The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics. Duties Develop and execute social media content strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. Experience Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred. Proficiency in using various social media platforms and tools for scheduling and analytics. Strong computer skills including familiarity with Office applications. Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus. Knowledge of data entry processes and office management practices. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software is beneficial but not required. Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist can be an asset for understanding industry-specific communication needs.
