We are the next evolution for our clients and your career. Our CX solutions many prestigious brands in in pharmaceutical, healthcare, food, consumer packaged goods and beauty care companies. As a Social Listening Analyst , you will contribute to Premier NX’s profitably by managing one of our client’s service levels. What you’ll do on a typical day: Monitor social media mentions of our brands via social listening tool. Notify internal stakeholders of negative social media posts. Create and distribute social listening dashboards and reports to inform of volume and social media complaints. Combine findings from multiple sources into comprehensive reports and presentations to support recommendations. Identify consumer patterns, trends and insights from research data and create actionable reports. Escalate social media cases according to client’s process. And help maintain the social listening tool (such as Talkwalker, Sprout, Sprinklr), filters, brands, topics, and reports, for social listening.
