Local Social Media/Assistant FTHB Fellsmere, FL 32948 • Hybrid work Social Media Specialist FTHB is seeking a Social Media and Assistant to join our team. The work needs to be in person but over some months it can become more hybrid if required. This position will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing social media accounts for FTHB (Tiny House Builders) and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts for FTHB. Create and manage all social media content for FTHB subsidiaries including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube. Create and manage all social media content for FTHB’s website. Manage all social media accounts for Port Saint Lucie, FL’s subsidiaries including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube. Create and manage all social media campaigns for FTHB’s subsidiaries including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube. Create and manage all social media campaigns for FTHB’s subsidiaries including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers on Instagram and YouTube. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers on Instagram and YouTube. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers on TikTok.

Qualifications:

Computer Savvy Techie Competencies:

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers & clients in person & over the phone. Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone & over email effectively & professionally with co-workers & clients over the phone & over email effectively & professionally over Skype & Google Hangouts & Zoom video conferencing software.
