Based in our state-of-the-art Fort Myers showroom, we are seeking a dynamic marketing leader to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality sales leads that convert to gross revenue.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Leader will spearhead internet marketing strategies focused on business growth through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, and social media campaigns. This role is critical to expanding our market presence across Southwest Florida, building brand recognition, and driving measurable sales outcomes. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, growth-oriented individual with a proven track record of sparking interest and converting leads into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:

Design and implement comprehensive internet marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, PPC, and social media to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

SEO Optimization:

Optimize website content, keywords, and backlinks to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website and showroom.

PPC Campaigns:

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to maximize ROI, targeting homeowners and businesses in Southwest Florida seeking hurricane impact-rated windows and doors.

Social Media Management:

Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to build brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and drive lead generation.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Develop strategies to convert digital leads into showroom visits and sales, collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms, providing regular reports on KPIs such as traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

Market Research:

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and local market dynamics in Southwest Florida to refine marketing approaches.

Brand Development:

Enhance brand identity through consistent messaging and visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, showroom staff, and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not required). 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and social media strategies. Proven success in driving brand awareness and generating sales leads that convert to revenue. Strong understanding of the Southwest Florida market and homeowner needs, particularly related to hurricane impact-rated products. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO platforms (e.g., Moz, SEMrush). Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills to spark interest and engage audiences. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Dynamic, self-motivated, and growth-focused with a passion for achieving measurable results. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary:

$45,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience.

Commission Structure:

Performance-based commission tied to lead generation and sales conversions.
