The ideal person knows how to translate social media efforts into tangible business outcomes, conversions, leads, and revenue, not just likes or impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop ROI-Focused Social Strategies:
Build and execute data-backed social media strategies across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, GMB, and others with clear revenue or lead generation goals tied to each initiative.
Own Paid Media Performance:
Launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, TikTok and Google Ads. Each campaign must be built with performance metrics and cost efficiency at the core (CPL, CPA, ROAS).
Track & Optimize Against KPIs:
Define and measure custom KPIs that directly link to marketing spend, such as cost-per-engagement, cost-per-click, conversion rate and ROI. Continuously adjust strategies to meet or exceed these metrics.
Buyer Persona Alignment:
Use audience segmentation and persona data to target high-value users, ensuring ad dollars are spent reaching the most profitable prospects.
Analytics & Attribution:
Leverage Google Analytics and native ad platforms to analyze traffic sources, attribute revenue to specific campaigns and provide regular performance reporting with actionable insights. Lead Generation at
Scale:
Plan and execute paid social lead generation campaigns optimized for conversion, funnel progression and cost-effectiveness. Monitor cost per lead and quality of leads generated.
Budget Accountability:
Treat every dollar spent as an investment. Track budgets in real time, analyze campaign profitability and ensure maximum return on every marketing dollar.
Continuous Improvement:
A/B test ad creatives, placements, targeting and messaging. Quickly implement data-driven changes that improve ROI and eliminate waste.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of generating measurable ROI from paid social campaigns. Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube and Google Ads. Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing and digital attribution. Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable improvements. Experience setting and achieving performance-based goals (ROAS, CPL, CPA). Highly organized, self-directed and accountable for results.
