Position purpose – Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks Coordinate social media posts for division, branches and individual LO’s Monitor social media posts to follow the Marketing Compliance Policy Track social media statistics and publish to division, branches and individual LO’s Track competitor’s social media usage for creative ideas & best practices Edit video for internal & external use Edit flyers for internal & external use Qualifications Familiarity with Social Media/Marketing platforms Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills Excellent writing and editing skills Strong communication skills, both written and oral Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions Multi-tasking ability Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Supervisory responsibilities N/A Preferences Prior Social Media/Marketing experience Extraordinary attention to detail Ability to work and to deliver content under tight deadlines Ability to work independently Ability to multitask Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) Work Requirements Each employee must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, utilize a computer, maintain a work schedule, and effectively perform in an office setting.
