Founded in 2007, our agency specializes in digital marketing—including SEO, PPC, social media, and website development—while also offering traditional services such as print, TV, and radio advertising. We have a strong focus in the home services industry , working closely with HVAC companies, electricians, plumbers, and other trade professionals to help them grow through smart, strategic marketing. Position:

Social Media Marketer We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media Marketer to join our team. This position demands an in-depth understanding of social media advertising, content creation, and lead generation strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically create, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining high performance and meeting lead generation goals. Create compelling social media content and ad creatives using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.). Develop and implement targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads for clients. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide detailed reporting and actionable insights. Stay current with trends, algorithm updates, and best practices across all major social media platforms.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience in social media marketing with a focus on paid advertising. Proven track record of driving qualified leads through social media campaigns. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft persuasive ad messaging. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver consistent results.

Bonus:

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
