Marketing & Social Media Specialist 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars 1630 SE 18th Street, Ocala, FL 34471 We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. Summary:

This is a full-time position, working up to 40 hours per week on-site. This position reports to the Marketing & Analytics Director.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities Marketing & Strategy:

Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with brand goals. Collaborate with leadership to strategize quarterly and annual marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze marketing data to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly.

Social Media:

Create, schedule, and manage content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Stay up to date on social trends and adapt content to engage audiences and grow following. Capture and edit photos and videos for reels, stories, and posts that reflect our brand voice.

Content Creation & Design:

Design visually appealing graphics for social, print, promotional materials, and in-office displays. Assist with videography and editing for social and marketing purposes. Create assets for print ads, flyers, email campaigns, and signage.

Event Planning & Promotions:

Coordinate in-office and community events, including promotional planning, setup, and execution. Attend and support occasional after-hours and weekend events as needed. Work with vendors and community partners for event collaborations and sponsorships.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with coworkers to brainstorm and execute content ideas. Maintain open communication across departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Present marketing concepts and reports to leadership regularly.

Organization & Project Management:

Manage project timelines, schedules, and deadlines across marketing and event initiatives. Stay organized with a content calendar and marketing checklist. Be flexible, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent; Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools; Comfortable in front of and behind the camera for social content; Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and creative-minded; Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend events.

Preferred:

3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related role ; Strong portfolio of social media content, design work, and/or event experience; Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

Physical Demands:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; walking, standing, bending, and/or squatting to capture video and digital images; typing, speaking, listening.

Work Environment:

This position will primarily be based at our Admin office, with travel to other offices as needed for projects. Our offices are typically fast-paced with many patients throughout the day. On rare occasions, this position may be exposed to bloodborne pathogens. Work will take place in a professional setting with a designated workstation and computer provided. Both group and independent work are expected.
