We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator with proven experience to help amplify our brand through strategic influencer collaborations and engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators, focusing on Meta and TikTok.
- Coordinate the affiliate program, handling partner outreach, program terms negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
- Support brand activations and influencer campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Analyze social media and influencer campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
- Stay current with social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish preferred
- TikTok savvy with a solid understanding of trends, content creation, and platform algorithms.
- Strong grasp of Instagram, with a passion for social media storytelling.
- Min. 2 years experience managing influencer partnerships and creating content on Meta and TikTok is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
