Full Job Description Job Summary Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Medical Assistant to support a busy aesthetic dermatologist. This unique role combines clinical responsibilities with social media management, allowing you to play a vital part in the practice’s success while engaging with a wide audience online.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

Assist the dermatologist during patient consultations and procedures. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients. Ensure compliance with all health regulations and office policies.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance the dermatologist’s online presence. Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and posts showcasing treatments, patient testimonials, and skincare tips. Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and engagement. Collaborate with the dermatologist to highlight new treatments, promotions, and events.

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification (or equivalent experience) preferred. Experience in an aesthetic dermatology or aesthetic practice is a plus. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with a passion for aesthetics and skincare.
