A leading company in the event industry—with three venues located in South Florida—is building a high-performance freelance team to enhance its digital presence and increase bookings. We’re looking for top talent in the following areas: Media Buyer (Meta + Google Ads)

Responsibilities:

Set up, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Analyze results, interpret key metrics and KPIs. Propose strategic improvements based on real data. Manage ad budgets with a focus on ROI.

Preferred:

previous experience in the event, wedding, or venue industry.

Ideal profile:

Proactive, analytical, with advanced knowledge of Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Tag Manager. Visual Creative (Designer + Reels Editor)

Responsibilities:

Design attractive graphic pieces (carousels, ads, stories). Create and edit emotional reels and videos for social media. Maintain visual consistency with each venue’s brand and style.

Ideal profile:

Creative, detail-oriented, proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut Pro. Experience with emotional and conversion-driven content is a plus. Copywriter with a

Neuro-Marketing Focus Responsibilities:

Write irresistible headlines, persuasive copy, and strong calls-to-action. Adapt language to the emotional tone of each event type (weddings, quinceañeras, corporate). Write content for posts, ads, and WhatsApp marketing.

Ideal profile:

Emotional, direct, and clear writing style. Knowledge of persuasion techniques, storytelling, and scarcity. Community Manager /

WhatsApp Closer Responsibilities:

Respond to and qualify inbound leads via WhatsApp. Schedule appointments with potential clients and follow up regularly. Reply to comments and messages on social media (when applicable). Coordinate with the sales or front desk team at the venues.

General Content Coordinator Responsibilities:
