Remote Community Manager Agree Financial LLC Miami, FL • Remote We are looking for a proactive and creative Community Manager to join our remote team! This person will play a key role in engaging with our audience across social media platforms, managing online communities, and creating meaningful connections with current and potential customers. Although the role is fully remote, candidates must live in or near Miami, FL (Doral, Kendall, Homestead, or nearby areas).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Respond to messages, comments, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner (on the website and social media). Create and schedule engaging content in English, tailored to each platform, including blog posts for the website. Monitor trends, identify content opportunities, and propose fresh ideas to boost engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives. Track social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both, written and spoken). Strong writing and editing skills in English — grammar, tone, clarity, and creativity are a must. Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses. Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hubspot, or similar. Creative mindset and a proactive attitude — you’re always suggesting new ideas and ways to improve. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Compensation & Schedule:
$17.00 USD per hour 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Eastern Time)
