Role:
Perello Patio is a premium outdoor kitchen and pergola company based in Doral. We are looking for a sharp, charismatic, and reliable Sales & Customer Experience Assistant to become the first point of contact for our potential clients. You will not have to cold call or search for leads. All leads are generated by our active marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google. Your job is to attend to inbound leads and qualify them using our proven CRM system.
Responsibilities:
Attend inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email Qualify and categorize leads using Kommo CRM (we provide full training) Follow scripts and internal procedures to evaluate interest and potential Respond to direct messages on social media using predefined workflows Occasionally appear in Instagram Stories or behind-the-scenes videos Work closely with the sales team to improve the lead experience
Required Skills and Experience:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or related field Excellent phone and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and well-organized Confident, well-presented, and proactive Comfortable being on camera for informal social media content Able to follow systems and update CRM accurately Preferred Qualifications (not required): Experience with Instagram or Facebook Business Suite Familiarity with sales funnels and CRMs (Kommo, HubSpot, etc.) Background in home improvement, design, or luxury sales
Compensation and Schedule:
$17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience Performance bonuses based on quality of lead qualification Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (full-time only) Opportunity to grow into sales or marketing roles
