Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist – Aesthetic Practice | In-Person | Coral Gables, FL (Multi-Location Role)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Under the direction of the practice leadership team, you will cultivate a following on social media platforms, create compelling content, and support the company’s digital marketing goals. This role requires a creative, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, aesthetic medical environment.

Important:

This position requires weekly rotation between multiple practice locations. Applicants must be able and willing to travel locally between sites as part of their weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
SOCIAL MEDIA

(Approximately 50% of time): Craft and schedule regular posts across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and others. Post 5-6 Instagram/Facebook Stories per day and at least 1 social media post daily to maintain brand visibility. Keep Google Business Profiles updated for each location with fresh content, photos, and accurate practice details. Plan and produce engaging video content including patient testimonials, doctor-patient interactions, Q&A sessions, and procedure highlights. Build a targeted Instagram following based on specific patient personas. Monitor social media after hours and on weekends as needed for timely responses to messages and comments.

BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS

(Approximately 25% of time): Lead the process of regularly posting new Before & After photos on social channels and internal systems. Ensure photo consents are in place before publishing any visual content. Assist in capturing high-quality Before & After photos and provide basic imaging support.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

(Approximately 25% of time): Help obtain online reviews and patient testimonials. Assist with marketing initiatives including webinars, in-office events, and doctor speaking engagements. Support the production of marketing videos for the website and social media platforms. Rotate between multiple clinic locations weekly to support content creation, photo capture, and real-time social engagement. Perform additional tasks as needed.

Required Education & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional marketing role with a focus on social media. Demonstrable success managing and growing brand presence on multiple platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to rotate between multiple practice locations weekly (reliable transportation required). Experience creating and executing social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Proficiency with photo and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Strong understanding of social media analytics and SEO best practices. Comfort working on-camera and behind the scenes capturing video/photo content. Proven ability to write engaging copy tailored to a brand voice. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is strongly preferred. Photography experience is a plus.
