Employment Type:
Full-Time Social Media Coordinator:

At ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, we take our wine seriously… ourselves? Not so much. We’re Florida’s favorite neighborhood spot for all celebration, hosting and entertaining needs. We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who knows a reel from a carousel, thrives in the chaos of a good brainstorm, and gets excited about creating content that makes people say “wait, I love this brand.” What You’ll Do (a.k.a. your daily cocktail of creativity): Be the voice (and vibe) of ABC on social. Create and schedule posts across all major platforms—Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and more. Run the calendar like it’s happy hour—strategic, fast-paced, and everyone looks forward to it. Add detailed daily posts including creative and copy for five platforms, tailored to each audience. Storytime, but make it vertical. Plan, shoot, and edit engaging Reels and Stories that make people stop scrolling and start sipping. Be a brainstorm baddie. Bring fresh, original and impactful ideas to the table that align with trends, holidays, and company goals. Storyboard like Spielberg. From quick memes to multi-part campaigns, you’ll sketch out the story before we hit record. Film and edit like a pro. You don’t need to be Scorsese, but you should know your way around a ring light, CapCut, Canva (or Premiere, or your editing app of choice). Review like you mean it. Collaborate with team members and get final eyes on every post before it hits the feed. Schedule smarter, not harder. Use Sprout Social like it’s your sidekick. Auto-scheduling, tagging, analytics—own it all. Monitor engagement. Respond to comments, jump into the DMs, and be part of the convo. You’re not just posting—you’re building a community. Track what works (and what flops). Monitor organic performance and adjust strategy accordingly. Create Facebook Events for tastings, meet-and-greets, or any excuse to gather and sip. Run giveaways like a prize fairy. Manage fun, compliant contests using SweepWidget and other tools. Explore and engage with new audiences. Slide into new spaces, follow cool accounts, and grow our reach with intention. Keep our Google Reviews fresh. Respond like a human (not a robot) and represent the brand with class and a touch of sass. Stay on top of trends like it’s your side hustle. If there’s a new audio, filter, or meme format—we expect you to know it yesterday . What You Bring to the Table (besides charcuterie): 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation. Strong writing and storytelling skills that can relate to multiple generations. Video shooting/editing skills (you don’t need to be a cinematographer, but you should know lighting and transitions). A knack for memes, pop culture, and what’s trending. Familiarity with Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and a willingness to learn more tools and platforms. Hyper-organization skills. Color-coded calendars? Chef’s kiss. Experience working cross-functionally with other marketing teammates. Comfortable being in front and behind the camera. Proofreading is part of the party—your work is in the spotlight, and we like it polished and typo-free. Wine/spirits knowledge is a plus—but curiosity and a love for a good happy hour work too.

Preferred Skills:

Creative thinker with a strong eye for trends and visual storytelling Comfortable on-camera and behind it—filming, editing, and directing Excellent organizational and planning skills (you live by your content calendar) Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Team oriented and self motivated A good sense of humor and love for food, drinks, and pop culture is a major plus

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. of equipment or product. Ability to stand or walk for long periods during filming or onsite visits. Local travel may be required to ABC store locations or events.

Our Mission is:

“We make everyday celebrations better while enriching the lives of team members and by contributing to organizations that benefit families in the communities we serve.” Come join this family-owned, growth-oriented organization today!
