Job Summary We’re seeking a Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist to create educational, industry-relevant content and drive community engagement across Access Medical Labs’ social and Digital platforms. You’ll focus on producing engaging and informative content —blogs, emails, video scripts, social posts, ad copy, podcasts, and marketing collateral—to position Access as a thought leader in the health, wellness, and functional medicine space. The ideal candidate is a creative and tech-savvy creator with strong social media management skills and a passion for health and wellness. What You’ll Do Content Creation & Editorial Calendar:
- Craft compelling educational content across multiple formats—blogs, emails, video scripts, social posts, ad copy, podcasts, whitepapers, and practitioner guides—that resonates with healthcare providers.
- Create and manage comprehensive editorial calendars with strategic content planning
- Transform core content into multi-channel assets to maximize reach across social platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with Access Medical Labs’ brand voice, emphasizing diagnostic precision, innovation, and provider empowerment in personalized medicine.
Social Media & Community Engagement Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and content calendars to drive engagement with healthcare practitioners. Leverage social media best practices and algorithm optimization to amplify content reach and foster community interaction. Implement engagement strategies to build relationships with practitioners and position Access as a thought leader in the industry. Collaboration & Optimization Collaborate with the multimedia designer and contracted content creators to produce visually appealing, educational content. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and report on KPIs such as views and engagement rates, conversions, and content performance. Stay updated on trends in specialty diagnostics and healthcare, digital marketing, search, social media algorithms, and AI tools to enhance content production and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field with 3-5 years of progressive experience in social media and digital content management, preferably in health & wellness industry. Portfolio showcasing educational content and successful social media campaigns. Strong SEO knowledge with experience optimizing content for search engines and implementing keyword strategies Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) SEO research (SEMRush), and social media management tools. Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with an ability to adapt tone for platforms and audiences. Expert knowledge in social media platforms and formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and best practices for content optimization. Demonstrated experience building and executing editorial calendars across multiple content channels. Proven data analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights Experience using AI tools to enhance content production while maintaining quality and originality.
