POSITION SUMMARY

The Sports Facilities Companies is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist with social media, paid digital, website and email strategies/implementation. They will report directly to the Director of Marketing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING

Develop strategies and calendars for different digital platforms/entities Strategize social media campaigns to help boost sales and brand engagement Monitor KPIs in the digital marketing field Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapid changes Assist with monitoring SEO and user engagement Have great interpersonal, presentation and communication skill

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1-3

years of experience working with social media, paid digital, website management and/or email marketing Experience with sports, customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus Experience with social media management software/programs such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc. Experience using Facebook Business Manager and running paid advertising to multiple platforms Experience updating websites such as WordPress, Elementor, etc. Experience using email/CRM databases such as Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, etc. Exercise being a critical thinker

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist high May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend Will be required to operate a computer
