We combine a unique and vibrant environment where members and guests can enjoy state-of-the-art Trackman® golf simulators, a chef-crafted menu, bar, and exclusive events to deliver a sophisticated and fun experience all. Job Summary We’re hiring a creative, organized, and social media-savvy professional to join our team as a Part-Time Social Media Manager . In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing The Irons Club’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. You’ll create and post original content, attend events to capture real-time moments, engage with our community online, and help grow our digital brand in many different ways. This role reports directly to our owner and will play a key part in building a world-class brand, driving awareness, traffic, and engagement across all channels. Duties Create and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms Capture, create, curate, edit, and publish original written, photo and video content (stories, reels, behind-the-scenes, etc.) Attend select events, leagues, busy nights, and special events/promotions to gather live content Ability to capture high-quality content in fast-paced settings Write captions, respond to comments and DMs, and grow audience engagement Track performance and insights using platform analytics tools Stay current and conduct research on social trends and apply best practices to elevate content engagement and reach. Collaborate with the team on upcoming campaigns and promotions Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences to inform content creation. Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback; respond promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management. Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing posts that capture audience attention while staying on-brand. Engage with followers through interactive content in various ways, such as polls, quizzes, and live sessions as needed as the brand evolves. Support paid ad strategy and influencer outreach as needed. Flexible availability including some nights, weekends, or special events

Bonus:

Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or sports/golf industries Requirements Proven experience in social media management or a related field. Strong skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and graphic design. Proficient in short-form video editing apps (Reels, TikTok, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.) Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and public relations strategies is a plus. Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in using Google tools for research and analytics. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. A passion for staying ahead of trends in social media and digital marketing.
