Job Summary:
Linage TCG is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a part-time Social Media Actor/Actress & Office Assistant. This unique role combines the exciting opportunity to be the face of our brand on social media with essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing on camera, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be a self-starter with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Acting & Content Creation:
- Act as the primary on-screen talent for various social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute engaging video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas, write scripts, and participate in the filming and editing process.
- Maintain a consistent and authentic on-screen presence that resonates with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Office Assistant Duties:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including shipping, and data entry
- Manage email
- Organize and maintain physical and digital office files and records.
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven comfort and confidence in front of a camera, with a natural and engaging on-screen presence.
- Experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Experience with graphic design or basic video editing skills.
- Familiarity with our industry/products/services.
- Previous experience in a similar dual role.
- Local to the Oviedo, Florida area.
