As we grow our reach, we’re looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Digital Growth Coordinator to help us expand our presence and drive real engagement.

We need a standout content creator who lives and breathes social media, understands how to grow and engage a following organically , and knows how to capture attention in a crowded feed. If you know what stops the scroll and how to turn casual views into loyal users, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage organic social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook with a strong focus on growth and engagement. Develop scroll-stopping posts, stories, and reels that align with LunaFit’s brand voice and mission. Engage directly with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and tags to foster loyalty. Collaborate with our team to plan and execute influencer partnerships, giveaways, and community-driven campaigns. Track engagement and growth metrics to continuously improve content strategy. Support general digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, basic web updates, and occasional ad support. Stay current on trends, platforms, and best practices in health, fitness, and digital marketing.

What You Bring:

Proven experience growing and managing social media accounts with strong engagement. Creativity that sparks attention and keeps people coming back. Strong copywriting skills that align with brand tone and messaging.

Bonus:

Experience with video editing, design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite, or light website management (Wix preferred). Self-starter energy with the ability to take initiative and run with ideas.
