Position Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented Social Media Specialist with a proven track record in managing and growing brand presence across major platforms. You’ll be responsible for content creation, lead generation, managing customer reviews, and leveraging AI tools to optimize performance. Your ability to execute with excellence and bring fresh ideas to the table is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with DWF’s brand and sales goals Manage and grow DWF’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others Create and schedule engaging, original content including graphics, videos, and stories Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer reviews to build strong community engagement Use analytics tools and AI-powered platforms to track performance, generate insights, and optimize content Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate and nurture leads Proactively manage online reputation and boost positive customer experiences Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes Drive creative campaigns that highlight products, promotions, and customer success stories
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media for brands or businesses (2+ years preferred) Strong understanding of lead generation tactics through social media Experience using AI tools for content creation, automation, or analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Hootsuite, Jasper, etc.) Excellent written and visual communication skills Strong sense of creativity with the ability to turn ideas into actionable campaigns Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills Familiarity with online reputation management and responding to customer reviews Knowledge of basic design and video editing tools a plus
Bonus Skills:
