This role combines graphic design with content creation and social media management to help elevate our brand, promote our products (including traffic signage), and engage our audience across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a passion for design, branding, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and layout traffic signage artwork based on MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) standards and client specifications. Prepare and format artwork for digital printing, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and print-readiness. Design engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, website content, and marketing materials. Create short-form videos, animations, and reels to showcase products, behind-the-scenes processes, and company culture. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital channels. Write compelling captions, post copy, and basic blog content aligned with brand voice. Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance. Assist in photography and video shoots for product and promotional content. Support the design of print materials when needed (e.g., brochures, signage mockups, trade show displays).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in graphic design and digital content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content scheduling tools. Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing trends. Excellent communication and time management skills. Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
