Role Overview:
Cantaloupe, Inc. is looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our professional services team, which manages marketing strategies for B2B clients in the convenience services industry. Working closely with account managers and the content team, you’ll support the planning, creation, and execution of social media content across multiple client accounts. This role reports to our Social Media and Community Manager and will collaborate closely with other members of the Cantaloupe marketing team. We’re seeking someone passionate about social media and client success, with hands-on experience across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
Responsibilities:
Learn and understand Cantaloupe’s core products and value propositions. Collaborate with the account management team to learn industry norms and understand unique client marketing strategies. Maintain and update content calendars for each client. Create organic social content for each client under direction of the Social Media and Community Manager. Partner with the content and design teams to develop visuals and short-form video tailored to client needs. Capture and edit client photos and videos to align with client brand guidelines. Monitor account activity and engage with audiences across client social platforms. Work with the analytics team to report monthly/quarterly on client content performance with actionable insights. Stay informed on social trends and platform updates to drive innovation. Assist as needed on Cantaloupe corporate content needs.
Job Requirements:
Must be located near River Falls, WI; Atlanta, GA; or Malvern, PA, and able to work in-office 3 days a week. 1-2 years of work experience writing and creating content at a marketing agency or company. Strong communicator and team player who is comfortable working in highly collaborative settings. Excellent time management skills and organization, with keen attention to detail. Confident creating social strategy decks and pitching content ideas. Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and social scheduling tools. Comfortable appearing on camera for internal or client asset needs. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
