The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and manage our social media platforms, and create engaging content.

Join our team as a Recruiter and play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are well-documented
- Send applicant details to Directors/Operations Managers
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms
- Engage with followers
- Assist Executive team and Executive Administration Assistant with tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Knowledge of public relations principles to enhance employer branding
- Ability in content creation to craft engaging job postings
- Proficiency in tools
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in job descriptions and communications
- Experience with social listening to understand candidate preferences and market trends
- Social Media experience
