Core Responsibilities Strategy:

Build a monthly content calendar that aligns with business goals and speaks to high-end corporate event planners.

Content Creation:

Capture or curate on-site event footage, design attention-grabbing graphics, and write captions that convert.

Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments/DMs during business hours (we handle Stories internally).

Analytics & Reporting:

Track reach, engagement, and inquiries; deliver actionable insights to refine strategy. Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years managing multi-platform social media for a B2B or events-focused brand. Proven ability to plan, shoot, and edit short-form vertical video (Reels/TikTok). Portfolio of campaigns that drove measurable leads or sales. Strong copywriting skills—able to match a fun yet professional brand voice. Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, Google Business Profile).

Self-starter mentality:

you thrive on ownership and can hit deadlines without hand-holding. Basic graphic-design chops in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent. Nice to Have Experience working with experiential marketing, trade-show exhibitors, or photo/video activations. Comfortable capturing content on-site at events (occasional evening/weekend assignments to capture live content). Compensation & Details Employment type: Contract (15-20 hrs/week)
