The position plays a key role in coordinating and executing marketing-related activities, ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This position reports to the Manager, Marketing & Digital Strategy. Primary Responsibilities Marketing Program Execution Serve as a key marketing support contact for the direct sales force and referral partner network Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral (brochures, manuals, PowerPoints, sales tools) Coordinate internal and external marketing communications and activities in alignment with strategic goals Support training events including: Sales training Surgeon medical education programs Third-party events and trade shows Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Support the development and maintenance of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing efforts, including: Landing pages and microsites Flyers and digital brochures Surgeon locator tool Social media content creation and publishing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube) Manage online advertising: Google Keyword Ad Campaigns and Social Media Ads (content creation, performance reporting) Oversee website updates, lead flow tracking, CRM integration, and patient conversion tracking Set up and monitor DTC systems for surgeon offices, lead reporting, and analytics Collateral & Content Management Oversee routing, approval, and digital filing of marketing collateral in compliance with quality standards Manage physical and digital inventory of marketing literature and promotional materials Monitor marketing literature portal and place replenishment orders as needed Coordinate collateral requests and special marketing needs with Sales and other departments Ensure all marketing documentation is current and compliant with the Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance & Internal Support Ensure all activities comply with: U.S. and international regulations Company Quality Policies and Code of Conduct ADVAMED guidelines and applicable local laws Provide support to the CEO, CFO, and other departments as needed Assist with training and documentation for vendor compliance programs Promote and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Qualifications & Critical Skills Interpersonal Skills Self-starter with strong critical thinking and organizational skills Excellent communicator and persuasive team player Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail Adaptable to multiple environments (surgical sites, trade shows, labs)

Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro Experience in HubSpot, Zoho, CRM systems, and lead nurturing is a plus Language Requirements Proficient in spoken and written English Competencies, Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Graphic Design (or Equivalents). 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders. Ability to represent the company at a variety of business functions or situations in a professional and competent manner. Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of their work outputs while maintaining high personal and professional standards Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills High level of experience with working autonomously and within a small team environment. Experience with managing CRMs, databases, online portals, and other sales tools. Ability to commute to Woburn, MA and travel as required
