Social Media Marketing Specialist Star Waste Systems, LLC 1324 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA 02301

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Manage campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or other related area of specialty with four or more years of proven marketing experience
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Social Media platforms
• Analysis and reporting experience
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Multitasking skills for handling multiple projects, cross-divisionally
• Critical thinking skills for identifying and addressing concerns
• Innovative spirit, receptive to change and substantial organizational growth
