We’re seeking a skilled Commercial Marketing Specialist to develop and execute high-impact digital and print campaigns that elevate our brand, support our agents, and drive results. About you You have significant experience in graphic design and social media management, including managing multiple accounts. Must have demonstrated ability to perform all aspects of social media management, including but not limited to content creation, meeting with clients, data analytics, marketing plans, and developing content to inform, educate, and engage the brand’s audience to increase awareness, boost traffic, and achieve marketing goals. Key job responsibilities and duties:

Manages the intake of commercial agent-requested projects, ensuring all necessary details are collected when projects are delegated to other team members Monitors all commercial marketing initiatives to ensure timely execution and delivery Plans, develops, designs, executes, and posts social media content (graphics, carousels, reels, and video) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Manage paid digital campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Creation of custom marketing pieces for individual properties and agents that are consistent with brand standards Copywriting for multiple audiences, primarily in the commercial real estate industry Proofreads and edits marketing materials, including property and corporate collateral Provides data and performance statistics on digital marketing campaigns, supports delivery to agents and leadership as needed Supports the execution of email campaigns through digital marketing platforms. Maintains and generates marketing reports for distribution to internal and external clients Creates and maintains a daily/weekly/monthly social media calendar in collaboration with agents and the internal marketing team. Maintains editorial and creative schedules related to assignments, deadlines, and appointments Diligently maintains and updates project management platforms and demonstrates excellent planning and organizational skills Maintains communication and collaboration with the Creative Services Manager, Social Media/Content Coordinator, and Vice President of Marketing regarding design and social media projects and agent/client relations Aids in the daily aspects of promoting NAI Beverly-Hanks and Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks corporate communications campaigns as needed Ability to engage with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through social pages Expected to continue researching trends and new best practices across social media channels to keep accounts up to date and cutting-edge Incorporates changes recommended by agents and marketing teammates The Commercial Marketing Specialist will report to the Creative Services Manager and the Vice President of Marketing Job skills: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, or related field 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management on all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc. Previous experience in Buildout and/or Costar is a plus Professional certification in Google Analytics, Digital Media, or Search Engine Optimization is a plus Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Social Pilot, Hootsuite Meta Business Suite, or HubSpot Experience in running targeted ads on social media sites Experience and proficiency required with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with social media interpretation and analysis Copywriting and proofreading skills are required Team player, quick learner, efficient, and able to work under pressure Ability to take and execute feedback from peers and clients Deadline-oriented with attention to detail and ability to multitask General knowledge of SEO is a plus Experience with video programs and WordPress templates is a plus Experience working with email marketing platforms a plus Comfortable with in-person, Zoom, or phone calls to talk with agents Solid work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude A portfolio of your previous design work is preferred

Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks, 300 Executive Park Drive, Asheville, NC 28801 Position requires an in-person schedule at the downtown Asheville office of Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks.
