Social Media Coordinator CJF America, Inc. Durham, NC CJF America is a nonprofit organization that provides services to under resourced communities through adult educational programming, learning academies for children, and youth council initiatives. CJF America is at the forefront of philanthropic initiatives that aim to empower and uplift communities across the United States. Our mission revolves around the central theme: “Building Stronger Communities”. Responsibilities CJF America is now hiring for the position of Social Media Coordinator. This position will initially be part-time but will eventually be a full-time position. This position will also be based in Durham, North Carolina but travel will be required as needed to capture social media content. Execute a results-driven social media strategy. Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms. Analyze KPI’s and define them specifically for social media Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Attend events and produce live social media content. Tracking the performance of the campaign Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar. Monitor social media channels for industry trends. Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments. Review analytics and create reports on key metrics. Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy Job Requirments Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or 5-7 years of relevant work experience 1-3 years of experience with social media marketing or content development Must be able to show past or current work related to the requirements for this position. Excellent social listening skills Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space Strong copywriting and copy editing skills Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
