Social Media CoordinatorJob SummaryThe SocialMedia Coordinator will support the Wrangler social media team tobuild and elevate the brand’s social media presence with a focus ondeveloping engaging organic content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,and Pinterest, including original vertical video content.

Thishands-on role will be responsible for executing the brand’s socialmedia content strategy in collaboration with the social media,brand marketing, and ecommerce teams. They will support strategicsocial media plans and help bring them to life. The ideal candidatemust be able to quickly ideate and produce creative, on-trend andopportunistic social media content leveraging the latest nativesocial platform tools. They must be curious, collaborative,passionate about social media and culture, and be a natural problemsolver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment.

Responsibilities Partners with Social Media Manager and in-house and externalcreative teams to execute the Wrangler brand social contentstrategy. Assists with development, planning, and implementation ofsocial media campaigns and maintains organic social contentcalendar, with a focus on engaging the community and identifyingplatform-first ways to optimize social selling Leads social media content development alongside the SocialMedia Specialist, producing and coordinating videos, photoshoots,and other social content that is fresh, compelling, entertaining,and engages key audiences Collaborates with Sr. Social Media Coordinator to align socialcontent calendar and influencer content with brand priorities andkey seasonal stories Assists with all weekly, quarterly, annual, and campaign-basedsocial media reporting Monitors industry updates and proactively identifies creativeopportunities for the brandLeadership Oversees the execution of organic social media strategy underthe direction of the Social Media Manager Manages Social Media SpecialistRequirements Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university orequivalent experience Has a demonstrated passion for social media marketing with 2-3years of experience creating social media content Has experience managing social media platforms for professionaluse, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Experience with social media management and reportingplatforms (i.e, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.) Possesses impeccable attention to detail and the ability tomulti-task, prioritize, and juggle projects effectively;demonstrates resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity Demonstrates excellent communication skills and sharp writingskills Has an eye for visual aesthetics, including formatting andlayout, and produces polished deliverables.
