Per Post + Performance Bonuses (1099 / Contractor Position) We’re a small, Veteran, locally owned & operated Shipping, Printing, & Business Solutions store looking for a Social Media Coordinator to create engaging content and grow our online presence. If you’re creative, organized, and love storytelling through photos and videos, we want to hear from you. Ideally, we’re looking for someone local who understands the community and can engage with it authentically. Previous experience managing social media or having a strong personal presence online is preferred.

What You’ll Do:

Visit the store regularly to take photos and videos of staff, customers, products, services, and behind-the-scenes content Create and schedule fun and informative, engaging posts and reels for Instagram and Facebook Develop a brand voice that resonates with the local community and current customers Design content campaigns that highlight promotions, services, and store updates Help increase followers, engagement, and customer awareness through consistent and creative content

Qualifications:

Local availability — must be able to come to the store regularly for content creation Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook for a business, personal brand, or client; experience with Meta a big plus Must own a smartphone with current Instagram and Facebook apps Strong content creation skills — comfortable taking and editing photos and videos Good understanding of social media trends, especially for local businesses Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools a plus) Excellent writing and captioning skills Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule Comfortable interacting with the team and occasionally appearing in content A creative eye and sense of humor — we want our content to reflect the personality of the shop

Bonus:
