Position Title:

Paid Social Strategist

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a part-time Paid Social Strategist to support a health and wellness client with both paid and organic social campaigns. The role will focus on developing strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and potentially Twitter. This person will work closely with two senior partners to create and execute multi-platform social media plans aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads. Experience in video content and platform-specific KPIs is essential.

Essential Job Functions
Develop and execute paid and organic social media strategies across LinkedIn (must be an expert), YouTube(very proficient), familiarities with: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Create platform-specific strategies, campaign calendars, and performance projections
Recommend budgets and KPIs for paid campaigns
Collaborate on content and video strategies, especially for short-form content
Participate in team and occasional client meetings
Support early lead generation planning

Optional:

Assist with copywriting, if experienced and as needed
Job Qualifications
Expertise in LinkedIn strategy and performance tracking
Strong knowledge of YouTube paid and organic content
Experience with HubSpot and/or Hootsuite
Understanding of video content and what drives engagement
Experience in health/wellness or therapy industry is a plus
Copywriting background is a nice-to-have but not required
Ability to work independently and flexibly within a small team
