Our internal Marketing Firm, Agents Edge Marketing, generates over 500 leads per month using our multiple well-known brands. You will be joining a dynamic, energetic and creative marketing team. Duties Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that resonates with our audience, including graphics, photography, and written posts. Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring social media performance. Conduct social listening to gauge audience sentiment and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely manner. Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to refine strategies and report on campaign effectiveness. Create leads via Facebook, LinkedIn using paid ads Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for engagement. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within social media management. Strong skills in graphic design and photography are highly desirable. Familiarity with public relations principles and relationship management practices. Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite. Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content that engages diverse audiences.
