We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team! We’re looking for someone who’s hungry to learn, willing to roll up their sleeves, and ready to dive into the nitty-gritty of social media marketing . This is not a “sit back and schedule posts” kind of role—you’ll be actively engaging with our audience, analyzing performance, optimizing content for search, and constantly looking for ways to improve. If you’re excited to do the work that others might avoid and grow your skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This is an entry level position that will require help across all departments, including some administrative work as this position grows into a more marketing management role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management Content Creation & Scheduling
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube . Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our audience to build strong relationships. Brand Consistency
- Ensure all posts align with our brand voice and messaging. Trend Monitoring
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Excellent writing and communication skills. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.) Basic knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools. Passion for golf, fitness, or sports performance is a huge plus ! Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): Experience with graphic design in Canva. Video editing skills for social media content. Customer Service Experience SALARY $40,000 annually with bonus opportunities
