About the Role We’re seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to help our car dealership client businesses grow their digital presence and bring customers into their showrooms. You’ll play a critical role in creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to drive meaningful results for our clients. By leveraging your strategic skills and creativity, you’ll help dealerships connect with their audiences and improve their bottom line. What You’ll Do Build, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns for Car Dealership clients. Implement and tailor agency strategies for assigned campaigns and clients Monitor budgets and bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend, focusing on lead generation and website engagement. Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and deliver recommendations to the department heads and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies and communicate campaign progress. Stay ahead of industry trends, with a focus on automotive and social media advertising platform innovations, to guide client strategy campaigns effectively. What We’re Looking For We need a self-starter who is passionate about the automotive industry and digital marketing. Here’s what we’re looking for in our next team member:

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Advertising preferred).

Experience:

At least 3 years of digital marketing experience. Knowledge of platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok for Business, Pinterest Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager preferred. Experience working in an agency setting is a plus.

Tech Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or G-Suite and familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp or Clickup..

Industry Focus:

Knowledge of automotive buyer behavior, dealership goals, and local advertising strategies.

Strong Analytical Skills:

Comfortable interpreting data to evaluate success and optimize strategies.
