Social Media Engagement Specialist Job Duties :

Develop, design, and publish content (graphics, short videos) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more Manage content calendars, community engagement, and performance metrics Create videos and visual assets for internal and external use Ensure brand consistency and collaborate with HR to promote employee stories Cover and share CCS events via social media Use tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, and social media schedulers (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)

Social Media Engagement Specialist Job Requirements:

3+ years in social media and content creation Strong design and video editing skills Experience with internal communications and employee engagement preferred Excellent communication and analytical skills Passion for company culture Associate’s degree in digital arts or marketing preferred; high school diploma required #
