The ideal candidate have a thorough understanding of addiction, recovery & mental health, as well as an interest in community outreach in our local area. A strong social media following, and knowledge on building a following a plus. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across facebook, instagram, LinkedIN and any other applicable platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, SEO, and public relations. Duties Develop social media posts for multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling content tailored to target audiences, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Utilize tools for analyzing performance metrics. Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and public relations opportunities. Skills Proficiency in web content management and social media platforms. Experience in online story telling and building a follower base. Familiarity with advertising strategies that drive engagement and conversions. Excellent research skills to identify trends and insights relevant to the target audience.
