Key Responsibilities Google Ads Management & Efficiency:

Ensure accurate setup, management, and analysis of Google Ads campaigns, staying up to date with the latest best practices and trends and creating an efficient lead gen process.

Social Media Advertising:

Manage and optimize social media advertising efforts, including technical setup, performance tracking, and data analysis.

Data Collection & Analysis:

Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from both paid advertising and organic marketing channels.

Performance Reporting:

Provide weekly and quarterly performance reports to the US Marketing Director, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Error Resolution:

Identify and resolve errors in marketing materials, such as typos, broken links, or tracking issues.

Website Traffic & SEO Metrics:

Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Specialist to analyze website traffic, backlink data, and other key metrics and implement best SEO practices.

HubSpot Reporting:

Utilize HubSpot to generate reports and insights, recommending new reporting structures as needed.

Campaign Optimization:

Implement technical changes and optimizations to enhance advertising efficiency based on data-driven insights.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality. Required Qualifications Attention to

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to interpret data and present findings effectively in written and spoken formats.

Google Ads Expertise:

Proven expertise in Google Ads, including technical setup, campaign management, and data-driven optimizations.

Social Media Advertising:

Experience with social media advertising and willingness to stay updated on platform changes and best practices.

Time Management:

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

HubSpot Proficiency:

Familiarity with HubSpot for data analysis and reporting.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Work Schedule:

Availability to work a hybrid schedule from our Eatontown, NJ office.
