This role is critical in our mission to connect people in need with accessible mental health care, and you’ll have the support of a leadership team that values clarity, ownership, and execution. About the Role You’ll be responsible for: Owning and scaling ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok (Search, Display, YouTube, Reels, Stories, etc.) Building campaigns from scratch and improving existing ones Working closely with creative teams to guide ad angles, briefs, and A/B tests Monitoring performance and driving CAC down and

CAC up Coordinating with intake, reporting, and sales teams to sync funnel logic Managing budgets in the 5

Have 2+ years hands-on experience running campaigns across at least two of the following: Meta, Google, TikTok Know your way around campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and scaling Love interpreting numbers and finding levers in the funnel to improve Can structure and launch A/B tests (ad copy, hooks, landing pages) Think in terms of pipeline, not just lead generation Understand how creative affects performance (and vice versa) Are comfortable speaking up in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment
