• Friday 2:30
• 7:30, Saturday 7-1 Responsibilities.
• Developing and executing social media strategies
• Creating engaging content
• Managing social media accounts
• Analyzing performance metrics
• Manage social media campaigns, monitor online trends, and collaborate with other teams within a company
• Receive in-bound calls and work with a script to place them in que in our CRM software. Requirements
• Excellent Social Media and communication skills.
• Great decision-making and judgement.
• Good Keyboarding Skills, 45+ words per minute.
• Tirelessly seeks a win win in every situation
