Marketing, Social Media & Advertising Specialist Scialli & Sons Inc. Hicksville, NY 11801 Scialli Plumbing, one of Long Island’s most respected plumbing and heating contractors, is hiring a full-time Marketing, Social Media & Advertising Specialist. This role isn’t about clicks or trends. It’s about trust, connection, and helping people choose the right company when it matters most. We’ve never had this role before. You’ll build it from the ground up. But this isn’t a blank canvas. It’s a mission. When a family loses heat or a restaurant’s sewer backs up, they’re not looking for hype; they’re looking for help. You’ll make sure they know Scialli is the name to trust before we ever show up. And your work won’t just continue to build our brand, but it’ll bring in the business. What You’ll Do

  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns for homeowners, builders, and commercial clients
  • Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, LinkedIn)
  • Capture and post real, authentic content like photos, team stories, job walk-throughs, before-and-after’s
  • Write educational and seasonal content that answers questions and builds trust
  • Promote key offers like our Free Home Inspections and Water Quality Evaluations with clear, useful messaging
  • Keep our website updated with accurate services, promotions, and local relevance
  • Respond to reviews and messages with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Manage email and text outreach: seasonal updates, promotions, and customer education
  • Track lead volume, campaign engagement, and conversions: adjust your strategy to maximize impact
  • Serve as the brand’s voice across all digital and print touchpoints What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital communications
  • Great writing and visual content skills: bonus points if you’ve used Canva, Meta Ads, or similar tools
  • Clear thinking, reliable time management, and a proactive, self-directed work ethic.
  • A “show up and get it done” mindset, with a deep respect for accuracy and accountability
  • Comfort with platforms like Google Business, email marketing tools, and basic website editing
  • Experience with platforms like GO HIGH LEVEL or
HUB SPOT

is a bonus.

  • Experience in trades, construction, or service industries is a strong plus. What Success Looks Like
  • Being on time and at work every day. Especially the first 180 Days.
  • This isn’t just a creative role. It’s a business-driving one. You’ll be expected to: o Increase qualified leads through effective messaging and targeted outreach o Build brand trust that converts into calls, emails, and booked appointments o Track key metrics: engagement, conversions, inbound activity, and use data to refine your approach Your First 90 Days
  • Learn our company brand and determine our best marketing approach.
  • Create a budget to accomplish our first targeted marketing campaign.
  • Create KPI’s for our marketing department to determine our success rate and effectiveness.
  • Establish a consistent posting and content calendar across all key channels
  • Launch your first campaign tied to seasonal services or inspections
  • Increase awareness of Scialli’s services and generate a measurable uptick in inbound inquiries Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday (8-hour workdays)
  • In-office, Long Island, NY
  • $65,000+ depending on experience Performance-based growth.
